Refund policy
Our templates are digital downloads, so all sales are final unless a file doesn't work. If it doesn't, we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

When you can get a refund
You can ask for a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if a file you bought:
- won't download or won't open in Google Sheets or Excel,
- is missing tabs, formulas or features described on its product page, or
- is not the template you ordered.
We'll try to fix or replace the file first. If we can't, we'll refund the full price to your original payment method.
When refunds aren't available
Because a downloaded file can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong template by mistake once it's downloaded, or for sheets that work as described.
Returns and exchanges
There is nothing to send back. Exchanges are only offered as replacements for files that don't work.

Email simplesmartsheet@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order email, the template name and what isn't working. We reply within 2 business days.
